What is IZF’s Cancellation Policy? 

We have a very simple cancellation policy. We talk and listen to you. Call or email us, for any issues or anything else we haven't imagined yet.

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse by contacting our customer support via. email to us .

For cancellations, returns , replacements - once u let us know on whatsapp, we share a form for u to fill that gives us all ur information incl refund mode.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed? 

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, updating it by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on support@izfworld.com

How do I cancel my Order? 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on support@izfworld.com

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund? 

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive the refund into the source account within 3-4 business days from the time of returned order reaching our warehouse.. If payment was made by redeeming UPI/Gpay wallet balance then, the refund will be initiated into the same wallet within a day of your order cancellation.
