How can I pay for my order at IZF? 

We support the following payment options at IZF: 

1. Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes) . PLS NOTE THAT COD OPTION WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL 100/- OVER & ABOVE THE BILL AMOUNT MENTIONED.

2. Credit Card

How do I pay using a credit/debit card? 

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries. 

Credit cards 

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. 
 
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card) or four-digit CVV number (For American Express cardholders). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password. 

Debit cards 

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. 
 
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment. 

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on IZF? 

Your online transaction on IZF is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. IZF uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. 
 
All credit card and debit card payments on IZF are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification. 

What steps does IZF take to prevent card fraud? 

IZF realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. 

In the rarest of the rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions. 

What is a 3D Secure password? 

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and “Master-card Secure Code" services, respectively. 

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases. 

Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment on IZF through my mobile? 

Yes, you can make credit card payments through the IZF mobile site and application. IZF uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. 

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work? 

IZF’s Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders. To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes with an additional fee of Rs.100 over & above the bill amount.

Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page? 

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to the following reasons: 

1.Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address. 

What is COD limit? 

IZF reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or orders. Not more than 2pc / order can be on COD. The COD limit includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders being placed. 

What should I do if my payment fails? 

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. 

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on IZF? 

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on IZF. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. 

Delivery charges may be extra depending on the total value of the products in your cart and our shipping policies. Please check our shipping policies for the same. 

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST? 

Goods and Service Tax ("GST") is a destination based tax on consumption of goods and services. GST is levied at all stages right from manufacturer up to the retailer who sells the goods for final consumption. Customers are the ultimate bearer of the taxes and there is no cascading of tax as tax payable at each stage is available for set-off. 

How is the GST amount decided? 

Following rules will govern whether or not GST will be applicable to the products purchased by you: 

  1. GST applicability: For a product, If a seller is required to get registration under GST, the seller then have to charge the GST on all of its sales.
  2. GST amount: The amount of GST collected from customer depends on the category:

    -Apparel/Clothing: Max 12% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. 
     
    -Footwear: Max 18% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. 
     
    -Home Furnishing: Min. 5% - Max. 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. 
     
    -Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. 

The amount of GST shown at the cart level is a mere estimate. The actual GST payable shall be determined basis the warehouse (based on the availability of the products) from where the goods are being shipped, which will be checked once the order is placed. Only in case of GST being lower than the estimate GST (based on the warehouse from where the goods would be shipped), the customer would be notified of the same and any additional GST paid by the customer would be duly refunded to the customer. 

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded? 

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to shipping charges collected from the consumer under IZF ‘s shipping policy. 

What is Paytm wallet? 

Paytm wallet is RBI approved semi-closed payment instrument and can be used on IZF and any other Paytm partners. You can use your Paytm wallet for quick purchases and easy refunds. You can also withdraw your Paytm balance at any time into a bank account of your choice. 

Do I need to have a Paytm account to shop on IZF? 

Paytm account is not mandatory to shop on IZF. However, we recommend you to have a Paytm account for quick purchases and easy refunds. Also, any refund initiated by IZF in exceptional cases will be credited only to the Paytm wallet. You can sign up for Paytm account by visiting the Paytm page. 

What will happen to my money, if an order placed using Paytm wallet fails or is rejected? 

If an order is not successful, it can also be due to payment failure and in these cases, you are not liable for any refund. In scenarios, wherein payment is received at our end and order is rejected, payment made through Paytm wallet will be automatically refunded to Paytm wallet. Kindly reach out to the Customer Care, if the money is not refunded to your wallet. 

How soon will refund reflect in Paytm wallet post order cancellation/return/Refusal? 

If an order is cancelled, the refund will reflect immediately in your Paytm wallet. In case of a return, the refund will reflect within 24 hours post the return is received by us and has passed the quality checks. Orders which are not accepted by our customers and hence, are shipped back to the warehouse, for such orders refund will reflect once the product reaches our warehouse. 

What happens when I return an item purchased using the Paytm wallet? 

Partial or full Payment made through Paytm wallet will be refunded to the same Paytm wallet account.
